direction, and embrace their writing away from everyday distractions.
Listed on this page
are a variety of retreats in all corners of the globe from
a private rental available for short or long term lets to
a more traditional writing retreat centre. The aim is to provide
you with a selection.

Nestled in the heart
of the Andalucian mountains is the beautiful retreat centre
Llano de la Luz, which translates as land of light. Hidden
in the picturesque village of Comares, the retreat is the
ideal place to explore and develop your writing.
Llano de la Luz is available
for short and long term rentals throughout the year. Affordable
rents make it the perfect place for writers, sabbaticals and
long vacations.
The accommodation reflects
the beauty and history of Andalucia with a modern Moroccan-style
living space. Double, twin-bedded and single rooms are available.
In addition, private writing terraces with stunning views
to valleys of almond and olive groves are available to all
writers. The accommodation is self-catering and guests share
a kitchen/diner.
